Same 'ole, same 'ole

So I am truly neglecting this thing. Man! Well, things have been so crazy here lately I haven't had a chance to sit down and write out what has been going on, or I haven't been able to compile my thoughts enough to put it down in written form. Not that I can do that now, but I can try! :)

As far as my health, for those who've been wondering, it hasn't changed much. Still in pain. I have had a sinus infection on top of whatever it is that I'm dealing with, so that has made things interesting this past week. I have an appointment with the pulmonary specialist tomorrow afternoon, so we are praying for a clean bill of health, or at least meds to knock this thing out! :)

Ok, I'll be honest, I can't remember everything I covered in my last update, so I'm kinda winging it. Let's go to work. Things are AMAZING there! It's been a slight struggling being in a temp office for someone as 'anal' as I am. I am someone who likes having order, lists, and reminders, so sharing my computer with 4 other people, my desk with 7 other people and my office space with 18 people... it's been quite a challenge. But by the grace of God, we will be moving into our new facility right after Thanksgiving, so I should be back to somewhat of a sense of order soon! :) I think more than anything, I'm ready to have everyone in one place so we can communicate easier than having some people at Starbucks, some in the library upstairs (our temp office), some at our new facility, some at home, and some in the sanctuary. It's just been a mess. Some God news in regards to work, starting December 1st (next week) I will be going full time for the new few months. This season for my ministry is crazy as we have so much going on, and so my boss, Carol, got permission to approve me for more hours. It is SUCH a God thing. We are hoping that this will show that our ministry can use someone putting in more hours and I can move my hours from part time to full time and get benefits right around when I get kicked off my parents insurance!! But that is in God's hands! I'm trusting him for this though!

As far as life in general, things are absolutely crazy but I love every minute of it! God is working a lot in my heart and revealing a lot of things about me that need work, so I am working on that! :) I am having a BLAST with the students so far this semester and building a lot of relationships with the kiddos. They are such great kids and so much fun to hang around. I'm blessed to be a part of that ministry and just confirm each week that God has called me to those kids for this season in my life. I am in the process of memorizing scripture again, which has been fun! Poor Jason has to put up with my writing on the mirror in the bathroom to help me memorize, but he's awesome so he's being a trooper! Man, I can't think about what else is going on in my life. It seems all I do is work, spend time with the students, and chill at home. I know I do so much more than that, but its just daily life.

Yeah, so overall, not a whole lot has gone on or changed...but wanted to update you nonetheless. Thanks for being faithful to reading and praying over the things I share on here. I love you very much!!!
